Coordinated Medical Services
Our Medical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight across the program. Licensed nurses are on-site full time to provide wellness monitoring, medication management, and clinical oversight, giving your team confidence that patients are in capable hands after discharge.

Around-the-clock Health Stabilization Advocate coverage ensures clients have immediate support at any hour, with needs escalated to nursing staff as appropriate. Our advocates are a consistent, trusted presence for clients throughout their stay.
